Room 5's bean plants

Room 5 had to bring a plastic clear bottles to school and some worms if they wanted to make there own ecosystem . They have been sitting in our class room for ages.some have developed where some have just stayed the same if we didn't put the right amount of soil and grass seed in. We learned that it wouldn't grow but you have to water it too!

Hiwi the kiwi

Kids laughing, singing , jumping and dancing. Hiwi the kiwi came to HNPS the kids went crazy . Prizes where given away,contests where the students had to show their style!

Estuary projects

Over the past few weeks room 5 has been learning about estuary ecosystems. Mrs Cameron decided we should create a project. Most people decided to use clay and make posters they turned out really cool and we learned lots from this experience
